Speed Shop Unit
Saturn Auto Body also operates a speed shop unit where smaller repairs are done on a full-time basis. This unit alleviates unnecessary long waiting periods, normally associated with minor repairs.
Bumper Repairs
A specifically designed and well equipped bumper room with its own spray booth, water base mixing room and a separate oven, ensures the speedy repair of bumpers and the plastic components.
A well-organized and fully equipped storeroom offers the necessary backup to ensure quality of production. Quality control forms an integral part of all operations
Paint-less dent removal
Paintless Dent Removal is a method of removing small dents and dings from painted sheet metal panels of a vehicle, using a set of specialized tools and techniques to massage the metal from the inside out without affecting the paint. his Technique was developed in Europe many years ago and exploded in the USA industry. It is thus an advanced and sophisticated manner in Auto Body Repairs and there is no spray painting involved. One can say it's magic, but not. It happens to one out of every three vehicles you see on the road, that means you see millions on a daily basis.
Panelbeating
Careful planning and the effective design of the workshop ensures that optimal production can be archived. This prevents the occurrence of any bottleneck situations on the floor.
The panel shop is equipped with state of the art equipment such as:
•Techna 9000 spot welders.
•Electronic dent puller with shrinking ability.
•CO2 welders.
•Plasma cutters.
•Bench with clamps.
•Two posts lifts and all other equipment required to carry out repairs according to factory specifications and approvals.

•State of the art 3 tower bench
•Auto Tron heating system
UV light spot repairer.
Spray Painting
The paint shop consists of four preparation bays, each with its own central vacuum turbine dry flatting system. Saturn Auto Body uses the highest quality water and solvent base paint. Three of the latest technology spray booths built-in over ovens and fully equipped adjacent mixing rooms ensure that the paint work is of the highest quality. Short-wave infrared lights are on hand to ensure high quality finishes to our work.
Chassis Straightening
Chassis straightening is made possible by a fully equipped, modern Chief impulse-E/VHT. Lift up to 10,000 pounds to any of four working height options.
·218 steel reinforced tie-down openings (including cross members) for virtually unlimited holding.
·Central hydraulic pump allows all pushes/pulls to be controlled individually or simultaneously to gently push/pull out the damaged metal for the fastest, most accurate repair possible.
The workshop floors are fully epoxy coated and the entire premises is under 24 hour CCTV surveillance. An alarm system linked to a reactor unit ensures the safety of personnel, customers and the property.
